• No tendon involvement
• No eye or eyelid involvement

Labs

• Urine dipstick
• Finger-stick glucose

Dental

Fillings
Routine extractions (not impacted wisdom teeth)
Treat swelling and pain
Examine sores and pathology
Treat infections

Medical Services NOT Provided

Disability Evaluations – we do not see patients for the purpose of completing disability paperwork.  This applies to all patients and any disability.

Emergency (or complex) services, such as, but not limited to:

• Stroke evaluations
• Hypertensive crisis
• Acute abdominal pain
• Blunt trauma to the head
• Acute chest pain
• Open fractures
• Knife/gunshot wounds

Management of Coumadin
Gynecological care
Obstetrics
Services requiring diagnostic imaging
All controlled prescriptions.
MVA evaluations
Work-related injuries
Domestic abuse/sexual abuse evaluations
Complicated or multiple lacerations
Eye injuries
Paternity testing
Birth control
GYN emergencies
Treatment of serious or life-threatening infections
Acute ingestion treatment
Overdose treatment
Ongoing management of Epilepsy
Acute/chronic management of uncontrolled or life threatening mental illness.

Teeth cleaning
Dentures – make or repair
Partials – make or repair
Bridges or crowns - make
Root canals on molars
Cosmetic dentistry
Bleaching
